David and Alexa met in 2023, and immediately bonded over a mutual love of animals, coffee, and adventures near and far! Alexa is from the Seattle area, and David had recently moved to Seattle from New York. Athena and Mameya are their Staffordshire dogs and the loves of their lives!

In July 2024, David proposed to Alexa on a black sand beach in Iceland -- and she said yes :) (While sheltering from gale-force winds and sideways rain of a very unplanned storm!)

We're excited to start our life together in Woodinville, WA -- close to the mountains, horses, lakes, and lots of woodland trails.
